Brighten Maintenance LLC actively maintains a nationwide network of qualified subcontractors to support government, municipal, and emergency response operations across the lower 48 states.

We engage subcontractors for short-term surge response, long-term government contracts, and disaster recovery operations requiring rapid mobilization, field compliance, and documented performance.


Types of Subcontractors We Engage

We routinely seek qualified partners in the following areas:

  • Debris removal and hauling

  • Emergency cleanup and disaster response

  • Heavy equipment operators (dozers, loaders, excavators, dump trucks)

  • Logistics and transportation services

  • Temporary facilities and site services

  • Security, traffic control, and site access support

  • Skilled labor crews for government projects


Subcontractor Requirements

All subcontractors must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Valid business registration and insurance

  • Ability to mobilize crews and equipment quickly

  • Compliance with federal, state, and local safety requirements

  • Willingness to operate under documented QA, GPS tracking, and field oversight

  • Capacity to support large-scale or multi-site operations when required

Additional documentation may be required depending on contract scope.


Operational Oversight & Payment

All subcontracted work is managed through Brighten Maintenance LLC’s on-ground management and QA structure, with operational coordination supported by our logistics partner, Ash River Logistics LLC.

Subcontractors receive:

  • Centralized coordination and communication
